Sean Cassidy is also known as the mutant hero, Banshee.
History[]
Sean became the boyfriend of Moira MacTaggert, just before Professor X came to visit them on Muir Island, following distressing psychic calls. When Juggernaut and Sean's own brother Black Tom attacked the Professor and kidnapped Lilandra Neramani, Sean helped the X-Men in rescuing her. Sean was present when Moira and Xavier were studying Jean Grey, trying to find out why the Phoenix Force was still inside her and how she managed to survive flying into the sun.
When Moira's son, Proteus, broke out of his isolation, Sean helped the X-Men to bring him in. Later, when the Phalanx threatened to take over the world, Sean assisted Beast, Forge, Magneto and Mister Sinister in defeating them.
