Raknar is a corrupt Shi'ar Commander.
History[]
After Jandra witnessed a Shi'ar officer committing a murder, Raknar persuaded the young girl, aiming to kill her so she wouldn't say anything. After the Starjammers acquired Jandra, Raknar pursued them to Earth. He fought against the space pirates as well as Cyclops and Storm of the X-Men. Eventually, Raknar's evil intentions were found out and he was transported back to the Shi'ar home world to be put on trial.
