A Nimrod is an upgraded version of a Sentinel from alternate futures.
History[]
The first Nimrod seen was from the 'Days of Future Past' timeline, where Sentinels ruled over humans and mutants. A Nimrod followed Bishop back to the present day, when the mutant was tasked with stopping the assassination of Senator Kelly. Nimrod was eventually defeated and sent back to it's own time by the combined efforts of Bishop and the X-Men. In another alternate future, Master Mold sent a Nimrod and Fitzroy back in time to kill Charles Xavier before he formed the X-Men. The pair succeeded, leading to a future where Magneto formed the X-Men and war broke out across the world. Bishop, Shard and the Wolverine and Storm of this timeline travelled back and stopped Nimrod and Fitzroy from killing Xavier.
