Cal'syee Neramani is also known as the Shi'ar villain, Deathbird.
History[]
When Christopher Summers and Katherine Summers were captured by the Shi'ar, Deathbird was seen on D'Ken Neramani's side.
Years later, when Lilandra Neramani became the Empress of the Shi'ar, Deathbird wanted to usurp her throne so she allied with Apocalypse, helping him to save Fabian Cortez. Together, they attacked the Shi'ar throne room but Apocalypse abandoned Deathbird once he had acquired Oracle, the psychic member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard. Deathbird was left at the hands of Lilandra and Gladiator.
