Arkon is the leader of the planet, Polemachus.
History[]
Arkon first came to Earth to lure in the X-Men, specifically Storm, to help stop a deadly storm that was threatening his world. He brought Storm back to Polemachus and she quelled the life-threatening storm. After this ordeal, Arkon and Storm became engaged. The other X-Men managed to make it to Polemachus but found that Arkon was a dictator who relied on slave labour. Storm was initially hesitant to believe this but she eventually found that it was true. She and Arkon fought and Arkon sent Storm and the X-Men back to Earth.
